Refund policy
Made-Rite Tattoo Club Membership
All Made-Rite Tattoo Club memberships are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time.
Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Your cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle.
Once a monthly charge has been processed, that month’s order will still be fulfilled.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the Made-Rite Tattoo Club as a recurring physical product, we do not offer routine refunds.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are willing to review individual cases.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Your item was not delivered
- Your item arrived damaged
- There was an error in fulfillment
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
We do not require returns of mailed items.
In most cases, issues will be resolved through replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
